What is the difference between an executive apartment and
a hotel?
VESTA executive apartments are usually less expensive
than hotels and have three to four times more space
than a hotel,
complete with a full kitchen and all of the everyday
appliances and cookware. Our executive apartments
can be more advantageously
located for your needs and there are more amenities
for you and your family to enjoy. We also don’t
charge tax on stays of 30 or more days.

Are there any additional amenities included?
As a guest of VESTA, you have full access to all
of the apartment communities amenities, many
of which include pools, tennis courts, basketball
courts,
tanning beds and
business centers.

How do I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and
American Express. For the convenience of corporations, direct
billing (invoicing) is also available.

How am I charged?
We charge on the first of every month for the number
of days you are staying in that month. If you move
in mid-month,
we will charge your credit card on the day you
move in through the end of the month and then on
the 1st
of any
remaining months.

Are there any deposits?
We don’t charge a deposit but we do require
a credit card to make a reservation.

Are pets welcome?
Yes, depending on each community’s pet
rules and regulations. There is a one-time
pet cleaning
fee of $200
and a monthly fee may apply at some communities.

Do I sign a lease?
We do require a Guest Reservation agreement to be
completed, however, there are never any long term leases
to sign.

Is there a minimum stay?
30 days is the minimum stay but
we will, on occasion, make
reservations for shorter
than

How much is the tax?
There is no tax for stays of
30 or more days. Your stay
is taxable
if
you stay
less than
30 days and
that rate
varies depending on local
tax laws.
